Product Description

Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new wastewater treatment system combining biological treatment technology and membrane separation technology. Suntar-MBR series membrane modules are submersible membrane modules, which use PVDF hollow fiber membrane with inner reinforced support. Our membrane has excellent surface permeability due to patented nano-reinforcement technology.

Reinforced membrane structure, whose tensile strength of membrane filter is over 400N, can resist repeated air scrubbing and chemical cleaning.
3. Unique Integrated Aerator
Patented aeration technology eliminates bottom boundary separation layer, avoids dead space of aeration, relief membrane pollution at the bottom, reduces aeration volume, and greatly improves aeration efficiency.
4. Modular Design
According to capacity, add or reduce membrane module. Easy for installation, replacement and maintenance as well as good sealing performance.
5. Stable Effluent Performance
Base on narrow pore size distribution, Suntar MBR membrane has good effluent quality, with turbidity less than 0.3 NTU.
