Reinforced Hollow Fiber (CCPS) Suntar Reinforced Hollow Fiber adopts a new hydrophilic formula, using the CCPS (Composite Coating Phase Separation) process principle to improve anti-fouling capabilites of the membrane from its microstructure, effectively improving the performance of the membrane.
Technical Features Hypdrophilic, Easy to Store and Restore Using the hydrophilic formula technology, the membrane fibers have a lasting dry state hydrophilicity, where water flux can be quickly restored under repeated drying. Compared to similar market products, it has higher flux, lower energy consumption, high resistance to pollutants, easy transport and storage.
High Mechanical Strength, High Peel Strength Adopting the reinforced inner lining structure, the breaking strength of the fibers reaches above 200N. The membrane layer and the support layer are embedded together during production, making the fiber a continuous strand with no peeling.
High Flux, Small and Uniform Pore Size, High Porosity, Good Chemical Resistance and Cleaning Recovery The modified PVDF material has good resistance to oxidants, inorganic acids and organic acids cleaning, all while maintaing high flux. The uniform pore size distribution effectively ensures the quality of the permeate.
Relying on our rich experience in membrane applications, Suntar has developed a variety of MBR components to apply CCPS or HFBG Hollow Fiber Membrane for the characteristics of wastewater in different industries. Widely used in industrial, municipal and other wastewater treatment fields. Tailored made MBR can be provided to meet the need of replacement and upgrading.
